@Robinwright28My daughter and I did something similar. Husband and son played a computer game. That is all they ever talked about. So my daughter and I started to play. Now we all have the same conversation if the game comes up for discussion. We all play the game together

That is awesome!! I love when I can bond with my kids even more than I already do by participating in some of the things they love together. It encourages them to share their interests beyond the everyday obvious things and encourages trust to be able to share all things with me and know that I will be interested in those things. I see too many parents that have no idea what their kids really enjoy or what they do all day and I don't want to be that parent.
