According to reports from PCT 4, on January 17, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded the 8100 block of Whirlaway Elm Drive in Atascocita in reference to suspicious males possibly breaking into vehicles.

Upon deputies arriving, they located and detained two males who were identified as juveniles. The juveniles were found to be in possession of a loaded handgun and property that was just stolen from several vehicles in the area.

The stolen property was returned to the owners and the handgun was collected as evidence.

"Both juveniles were arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. One juvenile was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and the other with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon." - Constable Mark Herman

Good job Precinct 4! I read about some of the cars being broken into and parked my car where I could see it easily. Judging from this, stopping them might have meant getting shot.

This is the main reason we need to build the wall at the border. We need to stop letting criminals into this country.

@Palm Springs :

Yes it does. The wall will prevent criminals coming into this country. Then the crime will go down. Trump says the criminals and rapist are coming from Mexico. I believe him, he is trying to make America great again. Don't you see that?

@sandman :

The problem is that they are juveniles, therefore they will get a slap in the wrist and let them go. Unless they were 18 then they can charge them as an adult. I see this happen all the time. What are the parents teaching these kids these days.

@RocketsHouston : I agree. We can throw our thugs over it and let the law abiding citizens on other side come in their place.

Don't we still have a curfew in Harris County? If not anymore, we need to bring it back and get these juveniles off the streets at night.

@BusyMommy : True, and that is what is so frustrating. Humble enforces its curfew.
