@Clydepuckett : You are correct. Directly behind us. I was wondering who the home owners were that the county supposedly talked to about having this done. Nobody who lives directly on the path I'm sure. Not looking forward to the construction phase for sure. Hopefully, they won't take out all of the tree's that are back there now. (At least the few that are left after several round of "trimming" that include the removal of whole groups of tree's at a time.) It's such a short path, I don't even know why they are bothering with it. Seems like a complete waste of money to me, since you can easily walk back there now, and nobody who bikes on a regular basis is going to be interested in that short distance to ride.

@lana7018 : Just taking a stab.... is the sidewalk in an area where it may prevent erosion also?

They also have to pay fees additional to HOA. For trails.

Yea I have a friend in Kingwood Glen, they pay green belt fees.

i like that it's a county project. atascocita residents will be able to use it.
