Portions of Harris County could receive up to 4 inches of additional rain as a weather system moves into the Gulf of Mexico and has the potential to impact the Texas coast with showers and thunderstorms.As of now, bayous, creeks and tributaries are expected to remain within banks, but roadways and streets may become impassable.
