I'm just going to have to say this..... if you don't like it here ....move.... nobody is forcing you to stay. If you feel safer on the Eastside don't let the road hit ya where the good lord split ya! I can't stand people who dog an area, can't stand an area... leave, move, bye!

If anyone wants to know anything about the case you can look it up on the district clerk's page. That and all previous charges, court dates, some paperwork.

And a felony evading arrest in a vehicle requires you be...in a vehicle.

@SarahMann : You need to reign it in, girl! Our constables do a great job and they don't harrass anyone who is not breaking the law or hanging around with criminals.
Here on this site, we treat each other respectfully even if we disagree and I suggest you realize we are not your enemy.

If you go to the Harris County District Clerks website you can look this guy up and see that he has an extensive criminal history in Harris County alone. Who knows what other cases he's had against him in other counties.

@Davie18 : I have been harassed by precinct 4 constables, repeatedly since living in atascocita. I don't need your approval to validate any part of that! If you were to come running out of your home, yelling about how someone broke into your house, I wouldn't tell you that couldn't be true! Why? Because it's not my place to. I don't know if there's a stranger in there or not! So don't tell me what an awesome job our precint 4 constables are doing, when my life and freedom are at risk of being taken all because they got a hard on for me. Thank you.

@SarahMann : I pay waste management to haul away my trash, I pay precinct 4 and the sheriff to haul off the human trash and criminals because I have neither the time nor the inclination to fool with either of one of them. So I'm good with the cops telling the dirtbags to head back to the east side/wrong side of the tracks ( this feels like a dorky version of guys and Dolls, fingers snappin, let's do it for Johnny). As for the I'm just a poor kid from the wrong side of the tracks, drive by shootings blah blah blah. cry me a river and gtfo, buh bye FUlecia.
