I've taken several sociology classes and although I agree with some of your facts I dont agree with the metro being the contributing factor. It is on a major highway away from our neighborhoods, there are no bus stops in our neighborhoods that Im aware of. I know lots of people personally who take the park and ride who all work at very successful corporations and all live in our area. Some companies offer it free as an incentive. So this particular park and ride isn't all criminals. I believe that it has to do more with what was mentioned earlier about people targeting nicer neighborhoods then going back to theirs. Also the dynamics of Humble has changed a lot. Our surrounding areas have become more populated, there's just so many factors I think contribute to the crime but the park and ride IMO is the least of them.
