6 years ago he also stabbed a really good friend of mine in the back several times with a butcher knife and has been a menace for over a decade

Would this not be considered attempted murder? And he was out running around?

@CE3673 Yes it was and he got arrested for it. I don't know what Harris County charged him with that the end I know he didn't do very long in jail but he immediately got drunk driving is afterwards and was back in jail I don't know what the end result of it all was I moved out of state after that
