I just signed it. I remember when it happened. I can't believe that the judge would lower bail at the families request. Prayers for your family, for Justice and peace in this situation.

Bond is allowed so the accused can help aid his defense, find witnesses, make up stories, etc. Even if we do not like it, it is the nature of our system. I do think it should be higher than 50k though.

FYI. As of today, he has not posted a bond yet. My guess is that he and his family do not have the money. Otherwise, he would of bonded out by now. He lives in Dayton. Frankly, I don't think he will get out on bond. Just my opinion.

A $40,000 bond only requires $4,000 to get out. What's the back story on this? The aunt said these two guys knew each other and actually worked together in the past. Why were they meeting in a parking lot?

Very good question slim shady. And why was he carrying a gun to begin with? If he had a problem with this guy then fight with your hands. Not with guns. This is the reason why we should BANNED guns. Period.

If someone in my family murdered someone, I would want them to stay in jail. I would not want them anywhere near me! No way I would bail them out.

Don't worry about what people say on here. He will get his justice I promise you. What do you want to happen to him? Life in prison? I bet he gets like 20 years in prison and only does half of that time. But he will not go free, I promise you that. It's up to the jury to decide. We will see in time.

HoustonRockets I don't wish death on anyone. But he should not be free to live his life so i pray they give him life without parole.

@Mzshona35

Then this is what you need to tell the jury not the judge. Take the stand when he goes on trial and tell the jury how you feel. Again, not the judge but the jury on trial.

I'm not defending the killer and your nephew didn't deserve what happened to him. I would just like to know what the killer's motive was. Where was your nephew while the killer was waiting for him? Was your nephew in one of the other businesses as well? I'm not looking to place blame just trying to figure out what the story is here. The news stations didn't have much to report on and the sheriff's didn't release any information.

....it was a loss of someone's son, brother, nephew.
That is all is needed.

@Mzshona35 ...my heart goes out to you and yours.
May God Hold you at this time and give strength and courage to keep your faith.

On a side note, my kids grew up with the said suspect. We were on the same football teams and classes in our social circle at that time.
My prayers for his family as well as they try to sort this difficult time out.

He can reduce the murders bond so that he can be free. But has no time to speak with Fabian family

@Mzshona35

I'm not sure if you are aware but the judge is a woman. Katherine Cabaniss. I too am sorry for your loss. Hope justice is served in this case.
