On May 26, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a suspicious male loitering around a closed business located in the 7200 block of FM 1960 East that had previously been burglarized. When attempting to make contact, the male fled on a bicycle and then on foot. He was subsequently apprehended and identified as Conner Loftin.Further investigation revealed he was found to have several open warrants for his arrest, including Theft and Possession of a Controlled Substance. During the arrest, he was found to have approximately 4 grams of methamphetamine and a firearm. “Conner Loftin was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading on Foot, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, along with his outstanding warrants. His total bond was set at $40,303.00.” Constable Mark Herman
