Intoxicated Woman Bites Deputy in Atascocita

SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER SHE BIT AND THREATENED TO KILL A CONSTABLE DEPUTY!
On May 3, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19800 block of Sundance Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, the female involved in the disturbance was identified as Sarah Young, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
Further investigation revealed, that during a verbal altercation she physically assaulted a victim at the location. Due to her intoxication level, she was transported to a local hospital for a medical evaluation.
Upon arriving to the hospital, she became combative, ignored all verbal commands given to her and refused to exit the patrol vehicle. She then struck a deputy and bit the deputy on the neck causing pain and visible injury. She also threatened to kill the deputy.
"Sarah Young was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault on a Peace Officer, Retaliation and Assault. Her total bond was set at $14,000.00 out of the 487th District Court and County Court 2."- Constable Mark Herman
