Laura Sheppard Faces Multiple Charges Following Atascocita Disturbance Incident

CONSTABLES ARREST FEMALE SUSPECT FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, TERRORISTIC THREAT AND RETALIATION!
On February 12, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 12500 Block of Honey Creek Trail in reference to a female causing a disturbance at the location. Upon deputies arriving, the female involved in the disturbance had fled the scene in a vehicle.
Constable Deputies located the suspect vehicle and the female driver was identified as Laura Sheppard, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. She refused to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and a warrant was obtained and executed for a blood specimen.
Investigation revealed that during a verbal altercation she threatened to kill the complainant. Further investigation revealed that during the course of the investigation she called and threatened the complainant with bodily harm for calling the police.
"Laura Sheppard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Retaliation, and Terroristic Threat. Her bond has not been set at this time out of the 178th District Court and County Court 11." - Constable Mark Herman
