Brooklynn Moore Arrested After Traffic Violation in Atascocita

Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4

TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A WANTED SUSPECT
On February 8, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 11800 block of Madera Run. The driver was identified as Brooklynn Moore. Further investigation revealed that she had an open Misdemeanor Warrant for Failure to Stop and Give Information.

"Brooklynn Moore was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. Her bond was set at $102.00 out of County Court 6."- Constable Mark Herman

Petition your legislator to change the law. She got it worse than normal. Those are just tickets 99% of the time.

@Cbear : Punishment comes after adjudication. People seem to forget "innocent until proven guilty". It's bail, not restitution.

Where are you getting assault and injury? as a misdemeanor fender bender. Was she wrong to run off, yes. But she didn't assault anyone or injured them or the constables filed the wrong paperwork
