@bodyboy : I know that my first floor of my home is 1200 sq ft so I was looking around after this was posted and imagining it being a restaurant with of course a much larger kitchen than mine. Seemed small

@RajunCajun : I don't remember my first homes' square footage but, 1400 sq ft less a commercial grade kitchen, doesn't leave alot of room for in house dining I wouldn't guess.
