Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Wanted FelonMark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A SUSPECT WANTED FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON!!On January 30, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9300 block of FM 1960 Road Bypass West. The driver was identified as Ian Salgado.During the course of the traffic stop, investigation revealed that he had an open Felony Warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Further investigation revealed that he was out on bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon."Ian Salgado was arrested for the open felony warrant. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 177th District Court."- Constable Mark Herman
