Driver Arrested Nearly Three Times Over Alcohol Limit

CONSTABLES ARREST MALE DRIVER WHO WAS NEARLY THREE TIMES OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT OF ALCOHOL
On January 28, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19100 block of Woodland Hills Drive in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon deputies arriving, the driver was identified as Rajesh Moteelal, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that his alcohol content was 0.230, almost three times over the legal limit.
"Rajesh Moteelal was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2."- Constable Mark Herman
