Guy Wallace Faces Charges for Third DWI Offense

CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR HIS THIRD DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED OFFENSE
On January 25, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8500 block of Forest Point Drive. The driver was identified as Guy Wallace, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that he had two prior convictions for Driving While Intoxicated.
"Guy Wallace was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 337th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
