Employee Arrested for Stealing over $572 from Gas Station

SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR STEALING FROM HIS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT

On November 28, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 7-Eleven Gas Station located in the 8500 FM 1960 Bypass Road West in reference to a theft. Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that a male suspect stole over $572.00 from the registers inside the business.

The male was detained and identified as Spencer Music. Further investigation revealed that he had been stealing money from the registers since last month.

"Spencer Music was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft Aggregate. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 7." - Constable Mark Herman

@AtascocitaDotCom : Oh good grief. So he steals $572 and has to put up $10. Seems like it should be more . He stole $572 so it needs to be $5720 10 times the amount he stole that might teach him and others a lesson.
