Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of 13-year-old for Vehicle Theft
On November 14, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12500 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The driver was identified as a 13 year old juvenile male.
Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was just reported stolen and that the juvenile was previously arrested for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
The juvenile was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle." - Constable Mark Herman
