I was wondering where 200 FM 1960 was. 18 miles away, the other side of 45.

NOPD: Woman accompanies owner to his business; calls gunmen

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Herbinique "Meme" Forest, aka Herbinique Williams in connection with an armed robbery in the 6400 block of Isadore Street.

According to police, the male victim picked up Forest around 4:30 a.m. Monday and drove to his family business. Forest then asked the victim for his phone once he exited the vehicle to unlock the door of the business.

Forest walked away to use the phone while the victim was in the store. The man exited the store several minutes later and was approached by four unknown males armed with handguns and with green shirts covering their faces.

The victims says he was forced back into the store while Forest walked away with the cell phone, appearing unafraid.

The victim's phone record showed that Forest used his phone to call an unknown number just minutes before the robbery. Police say she was in possession of her own cell phone, which had service.

Forest will be charged with armed robbery and theft once located. Her last known address is 3640 Dickens Drive.
