Suspect Arrested for Evading and Unlawfully Carrying a WeaponCONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR EVADING AND UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPONOn October 25, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1300 block of FM 1960. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle and the driver was apprehend and identified as Dylan Gilmore, who was found to be in possession of two semi-automatic handguns. Further investigation revealed that he was out on bond for Failure to Stop and Render Aid. "Dylan Gilmore was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading in Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carry of Weapon. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
