Suspect Arrested for Terroristic Threat at Local Walgreens

On September 23, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Walgreens located in the 8700 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West in reference to a disturbance. The complainant stated that he began to scatter his tools across a table and when they advised him to leave the premise, he refused and became irate.

Further investigation revealed he then picked up a screw driver and threatened to stab the complainant.

"Reagan Cannon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 7." - Constable Mark Herman

@AtascocitaDotCom : ANOTHER low bond. Truly sad. Now this nutcase is out and in our community.

Only hope is that, in the conditions of his bond, the court requires he submit to a complete psych evaluation.

@niceguy : I would say that is very much needed. I guess he brought his tools to Walgreens and was throwing them around? I mean, Walgreens doesn't sell tools now do they?

He didn't age very well. I'm more than 5 years older than he is and I hope I look better than that.

@Cbear : misdemeanor, you're lucky there was a bond. Always been that way. People scrutinize these more now but it's been like that for that type of charge.
