Felony Warrant Suspect, Sarah Smith, Apprehended by ConstablesOn September 10, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12500 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Sarah Smith.Further investigation revealed that she had an open Felony Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. "Sarah Smith was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. Her bond has not been set out of the 262nd District Court."- Constable Mark Herman
