Constables Arrest A Suspected Drunk Driver.

On May 15, 2023, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 4000 block of FM 1960 Road E on a reckless driver. The driver was identified as Andrea Benoit, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that she was intoxicated.
"Andrea Benoit was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 4" - Constable Mark Herman
