Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest Of A Wanted Suspect
On May 10, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7100 block of Foxwood Forest Court. The driver was identified as Jafet Uscanga.
Further investigation revealed that he had an open Probation Violation Warrant for Felony Theft.
"Jafet Ucsanga was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
