Successful Warrant Service Leads to Arrest of a Wanted Felon
On April 20, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations and K-9 Unit assisted the Harris County District Attorney's Office Fugitive Team in executing a warrant service in the 20400 block of Spoonwood Drive on a wanted male, Sergio Small.
Constable Deputies located the male at the location and confirmed his eight Felony Warrants for Felon in possession of a Firearm, Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault, three counts of Assault -Impeding Breath, Violation of Protective Order, Assault on a Pregnant Person and Assault.
"Sergio Small was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
