CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR TERRORISTIC THREAT
On March 15, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 17600 block of Hunters glen Circle in reference to disturbance at the location.
Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that suspect Carlos Rumayor threatened to physically harm his neighbor during a verbal altercation.
"Carlos Rumayor was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2." - Constable Mark Herman
