CONSTABLES ARREST JUVENILE FOR UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A WEAPON AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
On March 15, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's office responded to the 14100 block of Will Clayton Parkway in reference to a suspicious male pulling on vehicle door handles. Upon deputies arriving, they located the male and he was identified as a 16 year old juvenile.
Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of a fully loaded 9mm Sig Sauer pistol that was reported stolen from a car burglary in the Atascocita Area on March 12, 2023.
"The juvenile was arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Criminal Trespass Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon."- Constable Mark Herman
