Constables Arrest Suspect for Violation of Bond ConditionsOn March 4, 2023, a Sergeant with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 17900 block of Silver Bend Drive. The driver was identified as Daviyon Washington, who was found to have an open Misdemeanor Warrant. During a vehicle search, deputies located an AR-15 type weapon in the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that he was out on bond for Criminal Mischief, Burglary with Intent to Commit another Felony, and Felony Theft. Part of the bond conditions was that he could not to be in possession of a firearm. "Daviyon Washington was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and charged with Violation of Bond Conditions.
