Suspect Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated
On January 20, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18500 block of W Lake Houston Pkwy. The driver was identified as Tye Nelson and displayed several signs of intoxication.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that he was intoxicated.
"Tye Nelson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
