Hi everyone I am the Aunt of the late Fabian Smith who was murdered [ in Atascocita ] on February 19, 2017. He was sitting in his car in a shopping center parking lot not far from his family home in the Atacasito area. The man that murderes him waiting on him in several stores as well as a Jumpalooza where children were playing with a loaded gun. His Murderer Tyler Green was someone Fabian considered a friend and once were coworkers. Tyler was giving only a $50,000 Bond and as of today was reduced to $40,000 per request from his family. My family believe that my nephew will not get the proper justice in this matter. And for him to intentionally take Fabian's life and received such a low bond to begin with was a slap in the face. He was my sister's only son and her first born.For him to be taken away in a senseless act of violance is disturbing and hard to heal from. We are asking for help in getting Justice For Fabian Smith.
