That sounds so good. Have you made it? What temperature do you cook it at? 350?
 
@Weathergirl5 : Yes! 375 for around 20 minutes until crispy. You need to put the bacon on a rack (like what you put cookies on after baking) on top of a cookie sheet so air circulates under the bacon. When it looks done, take it out and let cool completely before messing with it, and it should slide off the rack easily and be perfectly candy-crisp!
 
The flavor combinations are endless. Just need some kind of sugary stuff (brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, etc.) to "paint" on the bacon (both sides). Then any other flavor/herbs (rosemary is great with maple syrup!) you want. Def cayenne! 😀
