It's a little stuffed Totoro wearing a Santa hat. Our tree has definitely changed some since was born. And I had to catch myself to not say anything as she put multiple ornaments in the same three branches. But I love it. Wouldn't change it.

It's a little raggedy after a couple of weeks of dogs running into it and cats playing with it. This is why I can't have nice things 😂
