Kingwood Drive & W Lake Houston Pkwy Traffic Signal Repairs ScheduledFrom Mayor Pro Tem Dave Martin's office:February 9, 2023Kingwood Drive & W Lake Houston Pkwy Traffic Signal Repairs ScheduledHOUSTON - Mayor Pro Tem Martin would like to make Kingwood residents aware Houston Public Works - Traffic Operations will be replacing the traffic cabinet at Kingwood Drive and W Lake Houston Pkwy overnight on Saturday, February 18th. This date and time were chosen with the goal of reducing the impact on traffic.Traffic Operations staff investigated the Kingwood Drive & W Lake Houston Pkwy intersection and they found electrical damage throughout the cabinet. Crews have made temporary repairs in the meantime to keep the traffic signal operating until the cabinet is replaced.Mayor Pro Tem Martin Martin would like to thank the Kingwood residents who assisted in reporting these traffic signal issues affecting the Kingwood Area using the 3-1-1 system.
