So sad….i read all his columns many times. I don't know how many letters ( yes that long ago) I sent him entering his silly contests. He was a big supporter of the MS 150 and fielded a team called the Stragglers open to anyone. He had his finger on the pulse of Houston and never wavered letting us know what it was telling him.
