Humble Police Department Requests Help Identifying and Alleged Thief

The Humble Police Department is seeking your assistance in identifying the following suspect involved in the theft of a tailgate from the Northeast Medical Center Hospital on 11/09/2022.

Tailgate thefts were the hot commodity in the early 90s. Today we have catalytic converter thieves and I guess also they're going back to the tailgates.
Sorry, selfish, lazy, no-good, low life thieves need to be shot on sight! You know this was not his first nor will be his last theft.
