Humble PD Requests Assistance with Identifying Suspect

Please help Humble Police to identify this theft suspect who approached the customer service counter of a local grocery store to complete a money order, but while doing that he palmed some of the cash money, which caused a cash shortage in the register of $1,500.00. If you know this guy, please refer to case# 23-000677 and contact Detective J. Blanchard #204 at [email protected] or 281-319-9778. Thank you.
