As a convenience to families, Humble ISD has partnered with the Texas Vaccine Institute to offer immunization clinics.
The following clinic is open district-wide to all students:
Saturday 7/30/22 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Humble Middle School, 11207 Will Clayton Parkway, Humble 77346
The following clinics will be open during 7th grade middle school camps; however, any Humble ISD student can come to the clinics for immunizations:
Wednesday, July 27, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Atascocita Middle School, 18810 West Lake Houston Parkway, Humble 77346
Thursday, July 28, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Timberwood Middle School, 18450 Timber Forest Drive, Humble 77346
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for your student to receive an immunization at one of these clinics, you must know which immunization your child needs. Parents must bring the immunization record of each child receiving an immunization or the Humble ISD notice of required immunizations received from your child’s campus.
The cost of the immunizations for children (18 years old or younger) is $15 for 1 vaccine, $25 for 2 vaccines, and $30 for 3 or more vaccines. The Texas Vaccine Institute only accepts the following insurance: United Healthcare, BCBS PPO of Texas, Aetna TRS (Choice POS I and II), Aetna TRS (Active care I and II). They do not currently accept Medicaid or Chips. Payment is accepted in cash, credit/debit card, or check (payable to Texas Vaccine Institute).

All students must be immunized in accordance with state law before entering Texas schools. For questions or more information, please visit the Humble ISD Health Services website, or call 281-641-8422.
For children who need medical exemptions, a written statement by the physician should be submitted to the school annually. Parents/guardians choosing the exemption for reasons of conscience, including a religious belief, should visit www.ImmunizeTexas.com for instructions.
