Harris Co said it is 150 million for infrastucture the rest is covered by the team similar to what Alanta did. My problem is where does the money coming from when they struggled to come up with 100 million for the sheriffs. Now grant alot will come back in taxs in the future.

@Itsme : It's a web. There are revenue streams that can only be used for specific purposes. You just do not have one specific fund for everything.So they can't take money out of, say, a flood control bond for the Sheriff to cover that.This would come from infrastructure funds that are specific for these types of projects, not just the Texans.
