Man--back in the 1970s, those fudge marijuana brownies were the best ever. You just really needed to know which plate they were on, 'cause one was plenty.

@htownclown : the DSHS is doggedly pursuing making it illegal by affirming its claims of it being a controlled substance and are currently in the state of a temporary injuction from a law suit brought by a small group of business owners that has been upheld after appeal by the state DSHS to the Texas Supreme Court.

I thought you could get delta 9 legally already.

I tried the delta 8 along with some CBD for inflammation and did not like the way it made me feel at all. I have restless leg syndrome and my cousin thought it would help. He was using the gummies after knee surgery and gave me one to try.

The delta 8 shows up in a drug screen, by the way.

@ladyfairlane delta 9 is what you would get in a good old fashioned joint, definitely prohibited. delta 8 is the compound that still gives you a little (very little) head buzz but not like delta 9 .. and yep you would get busted in a pee test .

@Reese : if i recall the origination of 420 is from when the heads would go meet behind the school at 420 to burn some doobage. delta 8 is a cannaboid same as delta 9 .. delta 8 is legal in texas , delta 9 is not. delta 8 became legal when law was passed in a farm bill about hemp products not containing more than 0.3% THC .. i cant keep it all straight. from all the brownies @moomaw made me !!
