I want to do these this year!

We take our 2 kiddos out to trick or treat, and usually leave a big bowl of blow-pops out (need something that doesn't melt because it's usually still warm out). Once we get home, we usually handout the fun size chocolate (snickers, milky way, M & M's, Reeses, etc.).We have actually been lucky so far, our bowls have never been stolen, and there has always been candy left in the bowl by the time we get home. I usually leave a note telling the kids to be nice, take one, and leave some for the rest of the kids, and it has worked!

@TXNS_fan: Since giving up diet coke/diet pepsi 43 days ago (yes, I'm counting) I have not been to McD's. Only place I found them was the one in front of Specs. Will be in that area today so better stop by to get mine.

Check today, they will be selling them but not yet.

Unless he's moved very recently he lives in Shadow Creek Ranch subdivision down in Pearland. It's a nice neighborhood so I bet you'd get good candy!

@MooMaw: Yea, I noticed that! I can't do that, once I thank, the Thanks button is green and says Thanked.

@lana7018: Don't always count on the nicer/richer neighborhoods to give out the good stuff. Some of those people are cheap! My sister in law used to live in River Oaks until they upgraded to West U, and they gave out Smarties! Although I'm sure JJ goes all out on Halloween.

I think it gets "quirky" every now and then and shows thanked twice...I hit it just once.
