Got our smoked chicken off literally in the nick of time! My backup for tomorrow depending on the weather...if too rainy to grill, gonna chop up finely and make smoked chicken sour cream enchiladas with all the sides! ðŸ˜€

(Ignore the smoked hot Italian sausage links...for another dish this week!)

@eighteen : It looks kind of red because I rubbed it with smoked paprika, ancho chili powder and stuff since I knew it was going to be used for a Mexican dish (or 2 lol).

@brightlights : I just read an update that said 2nd round through around 5-6 am and then drying out in the afternoon. So the grills may be OK

@brightlights : Oh. It doesn't look red to me. I guess it's not like my chicken than. At least I didn't almost burn the house down this time. I turned my little heathens into sous chefs.
