My water can be cut off near the street in front of my house . It shuts all water off to your house . It has a heavy metal type lid you lift off then you see where to turn it off . Sure hope you have already figured this out. .

@Blackhorse77 : The kids and I used to do this to DH all the time. Get the biggest leek we could find at the store and stick it in/out of an open bathroom toilet (always changed up the bathroom). Then they'd run and find him and yell, "Dad! There's a huge leak in the hallway toilet!" and he'd go running yelling, "Why can't anyone turn the water off!" Then the leek. The funniest part was how many times he fell for it. ðŸ˜‚

Totally worth the price of a wasted leek.
