@brightlights : That sounds really good. I have never thought about grilling them. I have poached pears before but grilling would give them that smoky flavor. And the stuffing your dad puts in side them sounds amazing. I am going to book mark this topic for sure. That is why I love dinner threads. I get so many ideas!
@FrodoBaggins : I have never had Olive Garden's Eggplant Parm is it pretty good? J Christopher's makes a really good Eggplant Parm. That is where I usually get my fix. That is one thing I don't make myself.
@Smokeybear : I love spinach enchiladas but I don't usualky make them. I'm making a fettuccine Alfredo sauce with lemon zest in it. Going to add fresh asparagus and fold in some baked salmon. With salad and garlic bread.
