Deceased Body Found in Jesse Jones Retention Pond

Constable Deputies assisted the Humble Police Department in reference to a dead body found in a retention pond located at 20600 block of Kenswick Drive.

ABC 13 Eyewitness News reports that three people who were fishing in the Jesse H. Jones Park found the body. The cause of death will be determined by autopsy.

This is really scary because many schools take field trips there. I remember mine going on trips there.

It is ashame because that's a really cool park. I've been there a few times but always felt a bit uncomfortable since the area appears to be in decline. I never felt that way at Deussen so I usually just went there instead. Plus, it is closer anyhow.
