My great grandmother used to tell me about how panthers were prominent. How they had to be careful walking home in the evening. She grew up in Groveton.

@Sheltie_Momma don't worry about the lizards . They'll eat the bugs & the snakes will come to eat them .

I saw one that looked like a cougar or mountain lion that ran in front of my car at night just past Northpark on 494 a few weeks ago. It was huge and definitely not a normal animal around here.

I saw a large "cat" walking along that big ravine behind Kroger one morning. I could tell it was a cat by the way it swayed its tail. Every time I pass it now I look to see if it is there but haven't seen it again.
