I've seen several going in woods behind homes across from food truck area, wonder if homeowners know there right behind there homes

Cop on 1960 going into the woods I saw a cop stop a guy on foot and then the guy led him into the woods. What in the world? Across the road from the food truck area.

All those places are going to be gone soon. They were told to move by April 13th for expansion.
