Constables Arrest a Suspected Drunk Driver Who Drove Through a Crash Scene

CONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER WHO DROVE THROUGH A CRASH SCENE

On September 9, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office were investigating a crash scene in the 8700 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road W when a vehicle drove through a blocked off roadway.

A deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as Javier Quiroz, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated.

"Javier Quiroz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 7." - Constable Mark Herman

@Cbear : Right. They wait until they have injured or killed someone before they get serious about it. If they got serious in the beginning, there would be less of the killing and injured from drunk drivers.
