What a boondoggle! Spending $88M of tax payer funds should be to provide essential services for which those funds were raised for not to artifically lower the utility bills of a select few constituents.

Which we only help 0,20 the residents in Harris Co. This exactly why I property taxes keep going up. The commissioners spending money they don't have.

Instead of resident relief, it should go to County use relief. As long as actual returns can be realized.

That's a chunk of change for such a low number of residents to receive assistance. And solar panels are a problem when the roof has to be replaced. So, who pays for the removal and re-installation of the panels when a new roof is needed?
