When I worked for BR back in my younger day, we actually saw a slight increase in sales especially in the hot fudge sundaes category during a cold spell!

I was just saying last night how much I crave a hot fudge sundae from Baskin Robbins when it is cold outside. I don't know why but I always do.

I love hot fudge. I never put any kind of candy pieces or gummy things in my sundaes. I love pecans and whipped cream.

@RajunCajun : Me too and I have already bought 6 quarts of Spumoni since Dec. began. We are down to the last one and then I'm done for months. Not too good for my Diabetes like everything else.

@chasinghosts : I am currently working at a daycare with 3 and 4 year olds. During outside time, they make pretend ice cream. One of the kids asked what kind of ice cream I wanted. I replied with spumoni (just to see what their reaction would be). Another child asked why I would want monkeys in my ice cream. I then had to explain it to them. Now they call it spumonkey ice cream.

@Kayfelix914 : Lol I don't know something about eating something as cold as ice cream when it's cold outside just doesn't work for me. That's when I crave hot chocolate. But to each his own.
