@trojantexan : Great catch! I had forgotten about the Walmart pervert. That wasn't his first offense at that Walmart, either. I can't remember the details, but it was another sexual offense. Sadly, he is going to eventually do something really bad to an innocent female because they keep releasing him.

@trojantexan : Oh ••••! Is that the same guy? I don't even think he was arrested after the WalMart incident. A lot of people were saying he has some type of mental disability. If this is the case, and his parents aren't able to watch him more closely, they need to find other alternatives. Obviously the state isn't punishing him harshly enough, or even requiring any type of additional services for him with all things considered. He's gonna be in the wrong yard one day, smh.
